Program Purpose:

I-You Venture's Holiday Helpers generously purchase gifts for residents in care facilities throughout our community. Each gift is wrapped, labeled and ready to be delivered. Holiday Helpers work throughout the year to prepare for each holiday season.

History:

This program was created to make the holiday season joyous for care facility residents. The volunteers of I-You Venture understand the positive difference it makes to a resident's spirit to receive a gift during the holiday season. Recognizing and filling this need is what our Holiday Helpers do while sharing their holiday season with the residents.

Service Description:

Gifts are dropped off to the I-You Venture staff after the Thanksgiving holiday and before December 15th to donate to care facility residents. If you would like to become a Holiday Helper and share the joy of the holidays by purchasing gifts for care facility residents or providing funds for one of our Holiday Helper shoppers to purchase on your behalf, click here.
